Powered by a Cortex-A5 core processor, the M3870FW prints at up to an impressive 40 ppm (pages per minute), making it a smart choice for a busy office environment. Built-in ReCP technology sharpens the edges of text and prints at resolutions of up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi to improve readability and picture quality.

Smart Features Streamline Your Work

Additional features such as Easy Printer Manager allow companies to remotely control settings, so business operations can run as smoothly as possible. This feature allows a manager to monitor multiple devices at once, as well as printer status, so error messages, empty paper trays, and low toner cartridges never go unnoticed. The printer is also built with a multipurpose tray that supports media weighing up to 58 pounds, meaning you can print onto labels, cards, and envelopes with one device.

For added management options, Central Print Usage Control enables managers to assign users to specific printers, or establish quotas for the number of pages or copies each user can make per printer. Plus, with the M3870FD model, users can protect personal or confidential documents using the built-in numeric keypad. When the feature is on, users are required to enter a password in order to proceed with a print job.

Print from Anywhere with Mobile and Cloud Options
The M3870FW is equipped for the Samsung Mobile Print app. Once they download the app, users can print, scan, and fax straight from their mobile devices without needing to install a new driver or configure any network settings. The app is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.

The printer is also Google Cloud Print Ready, enabling you to print from anywhere. Just connect the printer to your Google Cloud Print account and start printing from your mobile device wherever you're located. Google Cloud Print is compatible with smartphones, tablet PCs, Google Chrome Book, PC/notebooks, and other web-connected devices.

Easy Eco Driver Saves Toner

With just one push of the Eco button, you can save toner and paper and reduce energy consumption. Easy Eco Driver software saves up to 20 percent on toner by letting you remove images, convert them from bitmap to sketch, and remove text. You can also print multiple pages on one sheet, print with toner save mode, and skip blank pages.
