The Elo Interactive Digital Signage (IDS) touch platform enables increased customer engagement and immersive brand experiences by adding an exciting new dimension to traditional broadcast digital signage - the power of touch. Elo's ECMG2 computer modules, available for use with the Elo 3201L, 4201L and 7001L IDS touchscreens are well-suited for interactive media delivery and online collaboration for modern office environments. The computer modules are easily installed into the IDS display - avoiding costs of in-wall installation of a traditional player or PC. Computer modules are available in a choice of two models: ECMG2-i3 based on a 3.3GHz Intel® Core i3 processor and HD2500 graphics; and ECMG2-i5 based on a 3.6GHz Intel® Core i5 processor and HD4000 graphics.

Centralized management and security capabilities of Microsoft® Windows® ensures compatibility with many content management servers and web-based consoles for seamless connection with the internet, digital marketing, interactive whiteboard, building directory, virtual receptionist, and point-of-information (POI) applications.

The Elo Virtual Receptionist Solution comes with a perpetual license for the Virtual Receptionist software module that runs in your lobby. The bundle also comes with 12 months of cloud service, deluxe phone/on-line support, software maintenance and the first 50 listings in the directory (additional listings are available for a small fee and can be purchased directly from the software publisher. Beyond the first year, users can purchase additional years of cloud service, support and maintenance directly from the publisher. The Virtual Receptionist software uses the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) standard which is becoming popular in many corporate IT resource centers. At any time you can reconfigure the application to use a SIP resource other than the service provided by the publisher.
